Please explain your favorite ritual, time of day, or room in your home. I love starting my mornings in the living room, having coffee with my husband and our Cavaliers. During the winter, we turn on the gas log set, which makes the space feel incredibly cozy. The Serapi-style rug, with its classic ivory ground and soft blue and rust accents, is one of my favorites in the house. I chose paint colors and fabrics in various shades of blue that work beautifully with the rug. It is a wonderful environment for planning our day, especially with the beautiful natural light and soothing colors.
